papyrus (deltarune) (7/10/26)
i believe that papyrus will not show up in deltarune. you may be asking, why? here is the proof i have gathered. 1. every other major boss monster from undertale showed up in the first chapter, except papyrus. 2. every boss monster from undertale is connected to the delta rune (the symbol) in some way. toriel, on her dress (is it a dress?). sans, found above the doorway in the last corridor. undyne, top portion is shown on undyne's genocide fight sprite. alphys, shows up in the core. and finally asgore, top half shown on his overworld sprite. asriel haa it, and they haven't shown up, but like. at least asriel has been mentioned by name. unlike papyrus. and we know mettaton is confirmed to be in deltarune. could this be a coincidence? yeah. do i think it is? no.
