this is just a page for me to rant, no disrespect meant to anyone by this. i just want a safe space to talk about it. please, don't come harass me.

here i am. i got inspired to make this by joe bartolozzi of all people.

if you don't already know, i am athiest. i'm gonna stay athiest, so please don't try to force shit onto me.

part 1: christian jackasses

i've never actually really had a problem with them some of them up until recently.

this whole ordeal really started a couple months ago with my neighbors, when i went to church with them for the first (and only) time. it was kinda weird, especially cuz it was my first time, and we were just doin random shit and talkin bout god. speaking of god, do they like actually, 100% believe god exists? like they seriously believe theres a big hairy guy watchin over us?

my neighbor and one of my friends had this huge falling out, and my neighbor's sister actually ranted about god in his text messages, which was kinda a dick move, cuz i'm not even sure if they believe in god. just forcing a religion onto others. it pisses me off

and what FUCKING PISSES ME OFF THE MOST? YOU WANNA KNOW IT?????? YOU WANNA KNOW???????????? IT'S WHEN THEY FUCKING THINK THEY'RE BETTER THAN EVERYONE BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE IN GOD! THAT'S SO FUCKING STUPID!!!!!

my b, sorry. part 2: life & death

so, uhh, life 'n death! this is probably the topic i have most to speak on!

here's the main question: what happens after you die?

what i believe is that it's like an 'infinite blink.' i really don't have a better metaphor sorry. basically, our brains can't process the absence of itself, that's the main problem when we think about death. what i mean by 'infinite blink' is that one second, you're just gone. and you don't know how long. you don't know where. it's just nothingness. the reason why nothingness is so hard to think of is that none of us have ever experienced true nothingness

ok, now, life, more specifically, the creation of life.

according to science, an event called "the big bang" happened 13.8 billion years ago. this is the furthest back in time we know of. it was a rapid expansion of space, and eventually, our solar system and galaxy were created. now, you may be asking, how did people get on earth when it was just a bunch of carbon and shit everywhere?

elements can rearrange their protons, neutrons, and electrons, you know that, right? it created a shit ton of animo acids and eventually created the first lifeforms which eventually evolved into us. simple.

and this leads perfectly into my final topic.

part 3: nihilism.

first off, some common misconceptions. no, nihilism isn't a religion. no, nihilism is not just being depressed. and no, nihilists don't think living is bad.

one thing yall should know is that there is different strands of nihilism. the main one i'll be focusing on is existential nihilism.

existential nihilism is the thought that life has no meaning, so you're free to make your own however you want.

overall, i would say, that i personally am a nihilist. i don't think all our lives should have the same meaning. we should be able to make our own.

so, uhh...

you only live once!
